Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all protective materials
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our collector’s items, the following cannot be returned:
- Limited Editions (due to their exclusive nature)
- Any writing instruments that have been inked or used
- Opened ink bottles or cartridges
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (1799 Hide A Way Road, San Jose, US 95129)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely using the original packaging. Include:
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Return authorization number
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification when:
- Your refund has been processed
- Your exchange item is being prepared for shipment
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Customs fees and international return shipping are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion differences
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
